Rental Information

Our hall was thoughtfully designed to serve both our members and the surrounding community. We are proud to offer our facility for a wide range of events, including birthdays, wedding receptions, retirements, anniversaries, banquets, quinceañeras, fundraisers, and other special occasions.

General Information

• Maximum Capacity: 475 guests

• Event Pricing: $2,600–$4,500 per event

• Rental Deposit: $500 required to reserve your date

• Insurance Requirement: $1,000,000 Certificate of Liability Insurance

• Security: Provided by SPHSS based on event type and attendance

  • Cost paid by the Lessee

• Additional Rental Time: $300 for 4 hours (day prior for setup)

• Dumpster Fees: May apply depending on event type and attendance

• Event End Time: All events must conclude by midnight, with the hall fully vacated by all attendees, including the Lessee
